Katina Kaif was in Dubai recently for a jewellery brand that she endorses. While interacting with the media, the Dhoom:3 babe was asked about receiving a rock from that someone special. And while we thought the lass would give a diplomatic answer like always, Kat went ahead and said it was a secret and wouldn’t want to share it with anyone. Now that’s a surprising reply considering Kat has remained mum forever on her relationship status. Is she confirming what Kareena Kapoor Khan said on Karan Johar’s Koffee with Karan 4 (KWK)? Is the Ranbir Kapoor-Kat engagement secret not only for the media but also for Kapoor lad’s parents? Coz on KWK the Besharam actor clearly said that his daddy dearest Rishi Kapoor has still not accepted the fact that he has girlfriends.
Does this mean Ms Kaif hasn’t been accepted by the Kapoor khandaan and the two alleged lovebirds went ahead and got engaged chupke chupke? Or has Ranbir just proposed his ladylove and gifted her a ring? With so many angles, this love story is only getting tricky and hard to solve. Engaged or not – we just hope next time Kat spills the beans completely and not complicate things further. Wouldn’t it be better for all?
