The last time when Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan shared a stage was during the music launch of Yamla Pagla Deewana 2. But they neither greeted not exchanged any pleasantries at the event. However, recently, the Dhoom:3 baddie and SRK not only boarded the same flight to Delhi but the duo also shared a cab ride thereafter. Looks like the two actors have finally decided to let bygones be bygones. Apparently, it was Aamir’s idea to travel with the Chennai Express star. Whenever Azad Rao Khan’s daddy dearest is in Delhi, he prefers to travel by Sakha Cabs, a car rental service which trains underprivileged women as chauffeurs. So he advised Shahrukh to do the same. That’s how Aamir and SRK ended up sharing the cab.
But their bonding continued even after they reached the hotel. They happily posed along with the lady cab drivers for a picture and then chatted as they walked in. Indeed a rare sight considering one is Salman Khan’s close buddy and another is his arch-rival. We don’t have to say who’s who, right?
It’s good to know that Aamir and Shahrukh had a great time together. But we hope this doesn’t turn out like Sallu-SRK’s iftar hug. In one line – khoda pahad nikla chuha…giggle!
