HEARTLESS 2013 Frame By Frame Copied From The Hollywood Film "AWAKE" 2007

Shekar Suman's debut directorial venture, 'Heartless' had recently made an impression on to the viral streams with its first official trailer but seems like even before one could garner some interest with the subject, the film binds a replicate thread with 2007 Hollywood flick, Awake.


Apparently, going by the Heartless trailer, one would have definitely got a basic grasp of the intriguing story revolving around the lead's love life, troubled by a mere heartache, further followed by some unexpected, bizarre moments right? However, now if we come to filmmaker Joby Harold's film 'Awake' starring Hayden Christensen and Jessica Alba, one would notice that Heartless has not only borrowed the core story but has also aligned the timing of the events and the dialogue delivery, similar to Awake. In fact, there are certain shots, like the zoomed saline droplets, which is simply a pick and drop act by the makers of Heartless.
