Salman Khan’s fondness towards Elli Avram was evident right from the premiere night of Bigg Boss 7. He also, generously promoted her film Mickey Virus and praised her performance. There were multiple occasions when Sallu has mentioned, that she is a replica of his ex-flame Katrina Kaif. Going with the flow, Elli too, was going all out to impress Salman. From crooning romantic numbers fromHum Dil De Chuke Sanam to performing on Fevicol se (both songs are from his films), this Swedish-Greek beauty left no stone unturned to charm the superstar.
After she was eliminated from the high voltage reality show, we were pretty sure that we will see her opposite Dabangg Khan in a Bollywood film very soon. But it looks like we have to wait a while for that to happen. Why do we say so, you ask? Well, to all of our disappointment, Salman’s calender is blocked for the next three years. We have heard that the eternal bachelor of B-town has locked heroines for all his upcoming films except Kabir Khan’s next (which he’s co-producing), and Boney Kapoor‘s sequel to No Entry, titled No Entry Mein Entry. His Sajid Nadiadwala film, Kick, has Jacqueline Fernandez, Sohail Khan‘s Jai Ho has newbie Daisy Shah, and Sooraj Barjatya’s film has supposedly fallen into hottie Deepika Padukone‘s lap. That leaves Elli with no choice but to wait it out to see a vacancy board on Salman’s door!
Though not a lead role, but Salman can always offer an item number to Elli, hai na?
